My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Boston Sail Loft! We both ordered lobster rolls, and they were delicious and FULL of lobster. The clam chowder was also fantastic, and the dill flavor was such a unique and delicious touch. There was a line when we arrived, but it moved quickly. We were quoted a 30 minute wait and ended up getting a table in just 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely worth a visit!

Great vibes, great views from the bar. I'm not sure I would go here if I had to sit at a table. The bar is the best spot in the house. Their cocktails are very good and not as crazy expensive as you'd expect. Also, get the chowder - it's very good!

Lobster roll had huge chunks which we love. The clam chowder was also good however i thought the bowl size was small. I asked the server if what was served was bowl size and then i got a cold shoulder.

We ordered the Giambotta pizza, delivered via Uber eats. I've ordered from Reginas many times and it's always been good, but this time it was barely edible. The crust was burnt to the point where it was black and barely edible (I had selected regular for the crust). Furthermore, a quarter of the pizza had no toppings, so essentially, it was a few cheese slices only where it should have had sausage, peppers, mushrooms, etc. They used to be great, but has gone downhill in the recent years.

The mother ship never lets us down. A must stop when we are in Boston. Excellent pizza, great friendly staff. Depending on the time be prepared to wait, but it's well worth it.

The oysters here are very nicely shucked, I didn't get a single shell - very clean! And the lobster roll was great, one of the best around. The clam chowder was no good, bad even. It was so watery and tasteless. If you can go on a weekday when it's not a crazy wait, go! If there's a big line, I'm not sure it's worth the wait.

Overhyped with rude hostess and waitress staff. Gross would not recommend.

Carmelina's is a spot I had very high hopes for, and somehow they were exceeded. The atmosphere is exquisite, and my fiancé and I immediately felt relaxed it the intimate yet unpretentious environment. The kitchen is open for guests to see their food prepared, with room for about 40 folks to dine in. We ordered the exploding little neck clams as our appetizer, with the lobster ravioli and crazy alfredo as our entrees. Complimentary bread was served as well. Every dish was incredible with loving attention to detail. The real star of our experience, however, was our service. Nick and Luca were stellar from the moment we stepped in the door. Every staff member made it feel less like dining out, and more like being at a family's home. I wholeheartedly expect Carmelina's to receive their first Michelin star after their well earned Michelin recommendation.

Great experience and staff. Pasta is very good and above average, but not stellar. Best dishes were lobster ravioli with shrimp and Sunday Macaroni. Calamari was average. Carbonara was average. Puttanesca was average. Bolognese was good.

Best Guinness in New England! Guinness is my staple beer, it is the beer I drink whenever I drink a beer. So I can really compare and this is the best pour in Boston! Thanks again!

We did a company dinner and the service was good but slow. The atmosphere was relaxing with live piano and historical location. The food was decent. My steak was tough and the salmon was just ok. It was not worth the cost for us.

I went today for lunch with a friend. First we waited a long time for are food we ordered when we were the only once in the restaurant. Second both are dishes were cold. Third there tables were very wobbly and wouldn't stay still. Waiter wasn't the best. I personally will never return here for lunch or dinner we thought it was disgusting all together. Glass of water was given that had no ice and warm water. Waste of money waiter got zero for a tip.

This is a solid choice for north end Italian. The atmosphere varies based on where you sit, the garden area is super cute!

We came in for lunch during our day in Boston! Great choice. We sat outside, people watched, weather was perfect, service and staff were on point and food - one of our best meals! We ordered the grilled chicken bowl and the shrimp tapas with a Sam Adam’s Mayflower! What fantastic choices. The butter wine sauce dipped in bread with tomatoes for the shrimp dish and the savory rice/greens in the chicken bowl! Wow! Great location right on the Freedom Trail!

Had the best fish tacos EVER and hubby LOVED the chowder!! The fish was light and the breading was flavorful!! And the history of the tavern made it an extra cool experience. Would highly recommend.
